Authors and publication rights

All submitted material may be used for the express purposes of examination by the Jury, and in the case of being selected as a Laureate, used to promote the Award via the ceremony, website, social media account s and associated books. The author of any entry retains the copyright and the author’s rights of the submitted work. Award participants must be the authors of the submitted project/ work and not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Publication rights

Participants, by submitting their application, agree to give the right to the Organizing Body to publish the submitted material (images, illustrations, photos etc.) of the entries for the purpose of promoting the Award and its aims, as well as for research. The Organizing Body may publish the entries on its website, in exhibitions, press releases, social media, publications and other communications. The names of the authors will be clearly mentioned.

The name of the photographer and authors of the works shall be clearly mentioned at the time of their publication or reproduction.

The Beneficiaries expressly agree not to make any use of the photographs, images, or texts which is liable to damage his/her reputation or to use them on any medium of a pornographic, racist or xenophobic nature or use them in any other damaging way.

The Laureate will not be able to claim any payment to the Beneficiaries for the exercising of the rights granted by this authorization.
